*Immunization Reminder*
Our annual state immunization report is coming due very soon. If your child is a Kindergartener or newly enrolled to our district this year, please make sure you have submitted your child’s most current immunization record. For those who have elected not to vaccinate, an exemption form must be submitted. Personal letters and phone calls for those showing a noncompliant status will go out at the beginning of next week. Students without current immunization documentation will not be able to return to school after September 20th, 2019 without appropriate documentation on file. If you are not sure whether or not you have submitted your child’s most current immunization record, please feel free to contact me or provide an additional copy.
