Dear Kindergarten & PreK Parents,
Missouri state law requires all students to be immunized against vaccine-preventable diseases and for parents to provide the school with a current immunization record. Kindergarten & PreK students need to send immunization records to the school prior to the first day of school.
There are several ways you can provide us with your child’s immunization record. You can email them to me, or have your physician’s office fax a copy, or drop them off to the front elementary office Tuesday - Friday from 8am to 3pm.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions/concerns or to look over your child’s immunization record to confirm he or she is Kindergarten or PreK ready.
