Parents of New Kindergarten Students:
The following items are necessary
to complete the enrollment process:
1. Proof of residency (copy of mortgage document, lease/rental agreement or current utility bill)
2. Proof of guardianship/custody papers (if applicable)
3. Immunization Record
4. Birth Certificate
