Fair Grove Community Vaccination Clinic for ages 12+
May 27 & June 17th at FG Methodist Church
Greene County, City of Fair Grove, and Jordan Valley Health Community Health Center are offering a Covid-19 vaccine clinic on May 27 and June 17 at the Fair Grove United Methodist Church (83 E Hickory St). The hours are 10:00am to 1:00pm on Thursday May 27th and 10:00am to 12:00 on June 17th. Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccines will be available on both dates, Johnson and Johnson is a one and done while Pfizer does require a second shot three weeks later.
