Attention Parents and Guardians:
Flu season is quickly approaching and we are doing our part to help our community proactively prepare! The Fair Grove R-X school district has partnered with the Cox Care Mobile to again offer a free flu shot clinic for our K-12 students on Thursday October 7th.
This clinic will be held on the school campus during our normal school hours to best accommodate our students.
CLICK HERE for the consent form you must complete and return to the Middle School Office by Tuesday, Oct. 5th if you would like your student to be a part of this clinic. If you need a printed copy of the form please contact your student's building secretary.
